In this role, you will oversee water damage restoration projects, lead a team of technicians, coordinate with clients and insurance companies, and ensure high-quality, timely project completion. We are growing daily and offer long-term career opportunities for those looking to advance in the field.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage a team of technicians on water damage restoration projects.</li><li>Perform water extraction, drying, mold remediation, and structural drying procedures.</li><li>Ensure all restoration projects meet industry standards and company quality guidelines.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members.</li><li>Utilize IICRC standards and best practices for mitigation and remediation.</li><li>Conduct moisture readings and document project progress accurately.</li><li>Oversee job site safety, equipment maintenance, and work efficiency.</li><li>Train and mentor new technicians to ensure company procedures are followed.</li><li>Respond to emergency water damage calls, including after-hours and weekend shifts as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) required.</li><li>Experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and structural drying.</li><li>Proven ability to manage and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Knowledge of industry regulations, insurance processes, and best practices.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training are a plus.</li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.</li><li>Medical Insurance for health and wellness.</li><li>Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle with referral and project completion bonuses.</li><li>Paid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Days).</li><li>Career Development with paid training, mentorship, and certifications (OSHA, manufacturer training, safety training, etc.).</li><li>Company Tech Package (Smartphone or tablet provided).</li><li>Annual Company Trips &amp; Events (BBQs, holiday parties, concerts, ball games, fishing, and more).</li><li>Full Uniform Provision including safety gear and work apparel.</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Full-time, Monday - Friday</li><li>On-call availability for emergency responses (including nights and weekends as needed)</li></ul>Work Location:<ul><li>On-site in Waxhaw, NC</li></ul>Why Join Us?At 247 Aquadry Inc, we don't just offer a job-we offer a career path.
