The Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis Manager will oversee all aspects of financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with U.S. GAAP standards. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and integrity in financial statements and management reports, while providing analytical insights to support decision-making.The position requires working in night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours and involves close collaboration with onshore finance and leadership teams.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting:<ul><li>Prepare, consolidate, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely month-end close processes, reconciliations, and adjustments.</li><li>Coordinate with internal and external auditors for all audit-related deliverables.</li><li>Maintain complete documentation and audit-ready financial records.</li></ul>Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A):<ul><li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic business goals.</li><li>Provide actionable insights through financial modeling and performance analysis.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational objectives.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Controls:<ul><li>Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration:<ul><li>Supervise and guide the accounting and reporting team.</li><li>Collaborate with U.S.-based leadership and finance teams to ensure seamless reporting operations.</li><li>Foster a culture of accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA preferred).</li><li>Experience: Minimum 8 years in accounting, financial reporting, or FP&amp;A&mdash;preferably in U.S. GAAP environment.</li><li>Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks).</li><li>Other Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities; proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.</li><li>Work Hours: Must be comfortable working in U.S. night shifts and managing cross-border communication.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;70,000.00 - &#8377;100,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote

Financial Reporting & Analysis Manager - US Hours

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant with strong expertise in U.S. accounting, payroll processing, and taxation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proven leadership ability, and experience managing a finance department. This role requires handling end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring payroll compliance with U.S. tax laws, and providing training and guidance to team members while working during U.S. business hours (night shift).Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee full-cycle U.S. accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.</li><li>Manage U.S. payroll processing and ensure timely filing of all federal, state, and local payroll taxes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with U.S. taxation regulations, including quarterly/annual filings and W-2/1099 reporting.</li><li>Lead, train, and mentor the accounting and payroll team to maintain high performance and accuracy.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors for audits, tax filings, and financial reviews.</li><li>Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce risk.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in U.S. payroll and tax laws.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of hands-on experience in U.S. accounting, payroll, and taxation.</li><li>Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, payroll compliance, and federal/state tax regulations.</li><li>Experience in team leadership and training within an accounting or payroll department.</li><li>Proficiency with accounting/payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, Gusto) and MS Excel.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and U.S. stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to work night shift aligned with U.S. business hours.</li></ul>*NOTE*Competitive compensation offered, with a potential salary increase of 30&ndash;40% over current CTC, based on relevant prior experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs190,000.00 per month
