We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager with a strong background in US GAAP accounting, US taxation, and end-to-end accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing complex accounting processes, leading teams, and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, and Xero is highly preferred.This role requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple client accounts, guide team members, and work comfortably in a fast-paced night shift environment aligned with US business hours.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closings.</li><li>Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards and internal accounting policies.</li><li>Review and finalize financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.</li><li>Oversee US taxation processes including federal, state, and local tax filings.</li><li>Manage and supervise a team of accountants &mdash; ensure accuracy, timeliness, and professional development.</li><li>Handle payroll accounting and coordinate with HR/payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing and tax compliance.</li><li>Identify and resolve complex accounting and reconciliation issues.</li><li>Collaborate with auditors and external consultants during audits and financial reviews.</li><li>Work extensively with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, and Xero.</li><li>Ensure adherence to internal controls and continuous process improvement.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.</li><li>Experience: 11+ years of experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 5 years in a managerial/supervisory role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of US GAAP, US taxation laws, and accounting principles.</li><li>Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, and Xero.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Strong communication and team management abilities.</li><li>Willingness to work night shifts (US time zones).</li><li>Ability to handle complex accounting situations and provide practical, compliant solutions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs320,000.00 per month
