Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Business Development professional with a passion for research and data mining, particularly focused on the North American market. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This role involves supporting our business development team in identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, and analyzing data to drive strategic initiatives.Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead efforts to identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across existing and new markets.</li><li>Formulate and execute business development strategies to expand company&rsquo;s portfolio, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets.</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to guide strategic decision-making and position the company as a market leader.</li><li>Develop and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of key deals.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless client experience.</li><li>Lead client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate business solutions and value propositions.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing business development team.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, sales, product, etc.) to ensure alignment of business objectives and the successful delivery of client solutions.</li><li>Oversee the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations, ensuring they align with client requirements and business goals.</li><li>Drive revenue growth by identifying new markets, establishing new sales channels, and maximizing existing opportunities.</li><li>Create and manage quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring they are aligned with company&rsquo;s overall revenue goals.</li><li>Oversee the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and product demos to potential clients.</li><li>Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.</li><li>Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, new business opportunities, and market insights.</li><li>Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the company while maintaining positive client relations.</li><li>Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract terms comply with company policies and regulations.</li><li>Finalize contracts and ensure timely and efficient execution of deals.</li><li>International cold calling experience</li><li>US geography market exposure</li><li>B2B Sales exp</li><li>Sales email writing skills</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience: <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, or Finance.</li><li>Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields, with a proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth and managing complex deals.</li><li>Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performance teams.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and key stakeholders</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;1,300,000.00 - &#8377;1,500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
