24 Seven Carpentry &amp; Wood Works looking for Estimator cum Draftsman Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare accurate cost estimates for steel, metal, and fabrication projects.</li><li>Study technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.</li><li>Create detailed AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication layouts.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, production team, and clients for clarifications.</li><li>Prepare BOQ, material lists, and cutting lists.</li><li>Review project plans and identify cost-saving solutions.</li><li>Ensure drawings meet company standards and project timelines.</li><li>Support project team during execution and revisions.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD and basic estimation tools.</li><li>Knowledge of fabrication work: MS, SS, Aluminium structures.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.</li><li>Strong analytical and calculation skills.</li><li>Good communication and project coordination skills.</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years of UAE fit-out experience / working experience in Interior Fit out Projects.</li></ul>Language: English (Preferred)Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting workJob Type: Full-timeSalary : To be discussed.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
