Experience: 1 to 3 years only (others with higher experience, please do not apply)Job SummaryThe person will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, including maintaining accurate financial records, handling invoices, processing payments, and assisting in preparing financial reports. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a sound understanding of accounting principles to support the smooth functioning of the finance department.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and update financial records in accounting systems.</li><li>Prepare, verify, and process invoices, bills, vouchers, and payments.</li><li>Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and ledger balances.</li><li>Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li><li>Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.</li><li>Monitor and track expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.</li><li>Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings as applicable.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and receivables.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company data.</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in general accounting</li><li>Knowledge of accounting principles and standards.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally ERP.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Attention to detail with good organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team.</li><li>Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances is preferred.</li></ul>For more details, reach out to:Vignesh Viswanathan+91 96772 22216 (No calls - WhatsApp only)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;350,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
