This is a paid position that offers opportunities for growth, skill development, and the chance to work with diverse vehicle systems.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct thorough diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced tools to identify issues quickly and accurately.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, and suspension checks to keep vehicles running smoothly.</li><li>Repair and replace critical components including transmissions, brakes, shocks &amp; struts, and powertrain parts as needed.</li><li>Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools to execute repairs efficiently.</li><li>Service ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and auto electrical systems to ensure modern vehicle safety features function properly.</li><li>Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical problems.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings to support quality control and customer communication.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair across various vehicle makes and models.</li><li>Solid knowledge of automotive powertrain components, transmissions, suspension systems, and brake repair.</li><li>Experience working with wheel alignments, tire service, shocks &amp; struts replacement.</li><li>Ability to read schematics accurately and utilize diagnostic software for troubleshooting complex issues.</li><li>Proficiency with automotive maintenance tools.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain repairs clearly to clients.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
