This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about architecture, design, and data, and who enjoy engaging with industry professionals to surface meaningful insights.What You&rsquo;ll Do Research &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Conduct online research to identify interior design and construction projects.</li><li>Reach out to design consultants, project managers, and contractors via phone and email to collect, verify, and update project information.</li><li>Coordinate follow-ups to ensure all information is accurate and complete.</li><li>Maintain professional communication at all times.</li></ul>Administrative Tasks<ul><li>Organize and maintain project records in the internal system with high accuracy.</li><li>Prepare weekly progress reports and assist in team check-ins to share updates on ongoing tasks.</li><li>Ensure all documentation is filed, recorded, and updated correctly.</li></ul>Project Publishing<ul><li>Upload approved project details to the website using WordPress.</li><li>Format content clearly and professionally for publishing.</li><li>Support the team in promoting completed projects through newsletters and social media.</li></ul>Product Database Management<ul><li>Maintain and update FF&amp;E product records on LTD product pages.</li><li>Oversee data accuracy before publishing and approve content for production.</li><li>Coordinate with the Development team on product page updates and feature enhancements.</li><li>Manage bulk product imports via APIs or manual uploads.</li><li>Ensure all project listings include relevant product information from brand partners.</li></ul>Engagement &amp; Communication<ul><li>Engage with clients and industry professionals to gather feedback on products.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries related to product content.</li><li>Support company participation at events, exhibitions, and conferences to broaden industry presence.</li></ul>Forecasting &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate logs of research activities and daily interactions in the internal management system.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForExperience<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years in an administrative, research-intensive, or data-oriented role.</li><li>Experience in interior design, architecture, or construction is a strong advantage.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong organisational, research, and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal English communication.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Market Research, Architecture, Design, or a related field.</li></ul>Why Apply?<ul><li>Join a dynamic and growing team working at the intersection of design, research, and technology.</li><li>Build valuable connections across the interior design and construction industry.</li><li>Grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that encourages initiative and innovation.</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your CV along with answers to the pre-screening questions in the application form.
