If you're looking for a rewarding career with a company that prioritizes both professional development and employee satisfaction, we&rsquo;d love to welcome you to the 2 Brothers Home Services Team!What's In It For You:<ul><li>Competitive Pay</li><li>Benefits Package</li><li>Typical Holiday Package</li><li>Work - Life Balance</li><li>Ongoing Support &amp; Development</li><li>Company transportation</li></ul>The position of Plumbing Field Superintendent is to install/manage residential and commercial plumbing systems installations from layout to finish of projects.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage field employees and complete tasks daily</li><li>Follow and instill employees with safety requirements</li><li>Watch over budget of project/bring and issues up as the arise</li><li>Work with all company departments to ensure a team atmosphere.</li><li>Perform additional duties relative to position as assigned by supervisor</li><li>Establish customer relationships to sell the right products and services.</li><li>Regular Attendance/Punctual</li><li>Understand project specific and revenue goals.</li><li>Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable</li><li>Grow business with referrals and repeat business</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.</li><li>Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings.</li><li>Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.</li><li>Licensed with knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications. (A Must)</li><li>Knowledge in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing and repair.</li><li>Continued education and training.</li><li>Clean/Safe driving record.</li><li>Drivers License</li><li>Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communications with good social skills.</li><li>High integrity.</li><li>Strong desire to grow in the trade.</li><li>Team first attitude.</li><li>Overtime as needed</li><li>Ability to read project plans, sketches, layout projects per contract documents</li></ul>We are an equal opportunity employer.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
