We are looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist with following job responsibilities :<ul><li>Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.</li><li>Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person or over the phone.</li><li>Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized.</li><li>Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information including personal and financial information</li><li>Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff.</li><li>Responds to inquiries by patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner.</li><li>Maintain current insurance practices, requirements, forms and processes and follows up on insurance claims and coding information using Daman List of Codes and ICD-10.</li><li>Knowledgeable in dental charting codes and diagnosis using Daman price list codes and ICD 10</li></ul>Preferred Skills :<ul><li>Experience working as a receptionist or in a relevant role in a medical setting.</li><li>Arabic Speaking.</li><li>Female preferable.</li><li>Must look presentable &amp; professional.</li><li>Friendly and compassionate disposition.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Dedication to maintaining confidentiality of all patient records.</li><li>Experience in Dok32 App and office/Dental accounting software.</li></ul>Salary Package will be discussed during the interviewJob Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: From AED1.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Medical Reception/ Administration: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>
