WE'RE HIRING! As an HR Business Partner, you'll serve as the strategic and operational HR lead for our operations in Oregon. You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with plant leadership to drive performance, support workforce planning, HR programs, compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture across shift-based environments.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Collaborate with plant leadership to align HR programs and practices with business goals.</li><li>Oversee employee relations across all shifts, including performance management, conflict resolution, investigations, and corrective actions.</li><li>Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts with a focus on production and skilled trade roles.</li><li>Ensure HR compliance with labor regulations, safety requirements (OSHA), and union considerations as applicable.</li><li>Contribute to training programs, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.</li><li>Maintain a strong, approachable presence on the plant floor to build relationships and trust.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or similar environment.</li><li>Proven track record in employee relations and conflict management.</li><li>Familiarity with HR technology (HRIS, ATS) and data reporting.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively at all levels&mdash;from plant staff to executives.</li><li>Bonus: HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP).</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Get<ul><li>Compensation: $90,000&ndash;$110,000 base salary (based on experience), plus bonus potential.</li><li>Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and more.</li><li>Career Growth: Partner directly with senior leaders, shape HR strategy, and grow your career in a thriving manufacturing company.</li><li>Impact: Play a central role in building workplace culture, boosting retention, and driving employee engagement.</li><li>Balanced Experience: Gain exposure to both strategic HR planning and hands-on employee relations.</li><li>Join a company that puts collaboration, safety, and employee well-being at the heart of everything we do.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
