We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, organizing, and executing high-profile events across various industries including corporate, luxury, hospitality, and entertainment.As the Event Manager, you will take full ownership of event delivery &mdash; from concept development and budgeting to execution and post-event analysis. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure flawless event experiences.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and execute events in line with client objectives and company standards</li><li>Oversee the full event lifecycle &mdash; including concept creation, logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site management</li><li>Liaise with clients, suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution</li><li>Create detailed project plans, timelines, and reports</li><li>Conduct site visits, supervise setup and breakdown, and manage event staff on-site</li><li>Monitor event progress and troubleshoot in real time as needed</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards</li><li>Evaluate event success and suggest improvements for future projects</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of event trends, tools, and technologies</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2-4 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in Dubai or the UAE</li><li>Strong portfolio of successfully managed events (corporate, luxury, MICE, etc.)</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication abilities</li><li>Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines</li><li>Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)</li><li>Knowledge of the UAE event market, suppliers, venues, and logistics is highly desirable</li><li>Flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends as needed when projects require</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>A creative and collaborative work culture</li><li>Exciting opportunities to lead prestigious events in the UAE and beyond</li><li>Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives</li><li>Opportunities for growth and professional development</li></ul>How to Apply:Please send your CV, a brief cover letter, and a portfolio of past events (if available) to profile@2id-events.com with the subject line: Application &ndash; Event Manager (Dubai)Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED8,000.00 per month
