 we are a fast-growing Homewear company that has been using Odoo for 3 years, we have a great success story with Odoo through implementing nearly almost all it's modules. we are searching for our future CTO. someone who would start our development team and help the company to be more tech-enabled who can:

 Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
 </li>
 <li>
 Designing, developing, and testing Odoo ERP modules and interfaces.
 </li>
 <li>
 Customize backend and frontend different Odoo modules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining existing modules &amp; customize Odoo addons.
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate Odoo with other web applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain code version control branching strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Configuration, installation, and maintenance of servers and multi-databases Odoo environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and fix issues related to Odoo development.

 Job Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or any equivalent major.
 </li>
 <li>
 1 - 2 years of work experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in PostgreSQL database.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in Python, CSS, HTML, XML,JS and JQuery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good expertise with linux OS for developing and maintaining purposes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous Work Experience in the same role.

 We&rsquo;re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and branding functions across both online and retail channels. This role is perfect for a calibre who can combine big-picture strategy with hands-on execution and drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales growth across all platforms.
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Develop and lead the overall marketing and branding strategy for both online platforms and retail stores across Egypt.
 </li>
 <li>
 Guide &amp; collaborate with a super talented in-house team, including media buyers, art directors, brand designers .. etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain a strong and unified brand identity across all touchpoints &mdash; from packaging and photoshoots to social media and in-store visuals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Propose new product ideas based on market insights, customer behavior, and performance analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to pricing &amp; promotions strategies, ensuring alignment with market positioning and customer expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and measurable ROI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead collaboration with external marketing agencies to execute high-impact campaigns that strengthen the brand and drive growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and enhance customer retention, focusing on increasing repeat purchases and acquiring new customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze market trends, competitors, and performance data to identify opportunities and continuously refine marketing strategies.

 Collaborate closely with operations, retail, and technical office teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and lead market expansion plans, proposing new markets for growth inside and outside Egypt, and defining how the brand should be positioned to appeal to customers in each region.

 Contribute to the company&rsquo;s regional expansion, starting with our new store opening in Morocco, and help shape the brand&rsquo;s international presence.

 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.

 Proven track record in brand building, digital marketing, and retail marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent understanding of consumer behaviour, pricing dynamics, and performance analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategic thinker with experience in market expansion, positioning, and localization strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong network and experience collaborating with marketing agencies and vendors.
 </li>

 A creative mindset combined with strategic vision and data-driven decision-making.
