KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Content Creation &amp; Scheduling: Developing, designing, and scheduling posts (3&ndash;5+ per week) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn</li>
<li>Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and posts that align with our content calendar and branding guidelines</li>
<li>Partner with our team of creative professionals to execute our content calendar and have the opportunity to turn your ideas into content</li>
<li>Learn our workflow and understand how we work with Quality and Regulatory to ensure our content is compliant with all regional regulations</li>
<li>Trend Research: Researching industry trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies.</li>
<li>Analyze web traffic and social media analytics using Google Analytics and platform analytics tools to measure campaign performance</li>
<li>Collaborate with the team on public relations initiatives and assist in relationship management with influencers and partners</li>
<li>Other duties as needed as directed by Marketing Associate</li></ul> 


PERSON SPECIFICATION/ REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or similar</li>
<li>Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)</li>
<li>Willing to jump in and learn, share ideas and help drive awareness</li>
<li>Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content</li>
<li>Experience with photography skills is a plus</li>
<li>Passion for digital marketing trends, branding strategies, and e-commerce environments</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), keyword research, and web analytics tools</li>
<li>Cell Phone that can take photos and videos</li>
<li>Reliable transportation to and from work and for any site visits as needed</li></ul>

<li>Passion for healthcare and innovation</li>
<li>Creative, reliable, organized and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Comfortable being behind the camera (and sometimes on camera)</li>
<li>Eager to learn and grow in marketing</li>

<li>Likes working in a collaborative group setting as well as guided through individual tasks</li></ul>
