2 Sixteen Ventures is a local Real Estate investment company that deals with residential and commercial investments in ConnecticutWe are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate Lead Manager.This Lead Manager position requires confidence, independent action, initiative, a sense of urgency and the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them. This job requires self-assurance and competitive drive. There is a strong demand for high-quality, organized, and repeatable results.Responsibilities<ul><li>Build rapport and overcome objections with distressed sellers needing to sell their house fast for cash</li><li>Be willing and available to take 20+ hours of calls per week</li><li>Be willing to prospect multiple leads each day</li><li>Daily prospecting activities using various mediums as identified by the company</li><li>Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM</li><li>Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Tenacity</li><li>Build rapport quickly</li><li>Good communication</li><li>Resiliency</li><li>Long fuse</li><li>Doesn&rsquo;t take things personally</li><li>Previous sales Lead Manager</li><li>Looking for individuals with drive</li><li>Willingness to grow and improve by reading books, watching videos, training</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Real Estate experience is a plus - not a requirement</li><li>Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone</li></ul>Experience level:<ul><li>1 year+ preferred</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>Work Location: RemoteJob Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;51,520.68 - E&pound;62,046.42 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Sales: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>
