The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in event sales, client relationship management, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. This role offers the flexibility to work full-time or on a freelance basis, with a performance-based commission structure.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the events sector</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners</li><li>Promote and sell event services and solutions tailored to client needs</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly sales targets</li><li>Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in sales within the events industry</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently</li><li>A network of contacts in the events, hospitality, or corporate sectors is a plus</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Basic Salary: Starting from AED 4,000/month</li><li>Commission/Incentive: Based on sales performance (details to be discussed in the interview)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
