Job Description* We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support our procurement team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in procurement processes and a basic understanding of accounting principles.Responsibilities:* Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.* Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement needs.* Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.* Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.* Negotiate contracts and purchase agreements to achieve cost-effective deals.* Support the procurement team in various administrative tasks.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, accounting, or related field.* 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.* Basic knowledge of accounts.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).* Salary package: AED 3,500-AED 4,000Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
