This role is ideal for a dentist eager to learn, grow, and provide quality patient care under supervision.Requirements:<ul><li>Experienced or fresher</li><li>Team-oriented with a willingness to learn</li><li>Valid dental license or eligibility for registration</li><li>Strong clinical interest and willingness to learn</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct patient dental examinations and assessments</li><li>Diagnose oral health conditions and develop treatment plans</li><li>Perform routine dental procedures, including:</li><li>Dental fillings</li><li>Extractions</li><li>Scaling and polishing</li><li>Assist senior dentists in advanced or complex dental treatments</li><li>Maintain accurate and complete patient records</li><li>Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options</li><li>Follow infection control and safety protocols</li><li>Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and training sessions</li><li>Respond to dental emergencies as required</li><li>Adhere to ethical standards, clinical guidelines, and institutional policies</li></ul>The Resident Dentist provides comprehensive dental care under the supervision of senior dentists .
