Operations Manager &ndash; Real Estate BrokerageDubai, UAE Al Ruwad Real Estate Full-TimeAbout the RoleAl Ruwad Real Estate is looking for a commercially driven and operationally strong Operations Manager to oversee brokerage operations, property management activities, compliance, and revenue monitoring.This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the Dubai real estate market and can independently manage operations while supporting sales growth.Key Responsibilities Brokerage &amp; Sales Operations<ul><li>Monitor daily sales and leasing activities.</li><li>Track agent pipelines, deal stages, and closures using Excel.</li><li>Ensure timely processing of Form A, B, F and tenancy contracts.</li><li>Support agents in documentation and compliance.</li><li>Monitor revenue targets and commission calculations.</li></ul>Property Management<ul><li>Oversee leasing cycle from listing to renewal.</li><li>Ensure occupancy rates are maintained at optimal levels.</li><li>Monitor rental collections and follow up on outstanding payments.</li><li>Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor follow-ups.</li><li>Maintain updated landlord and tenant records.</li></ul>Admin &amp; Regulatory Compliance<ul><li>Ensure adherence to RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations.</li><li>Review advertisements and listings for compliance.</li><li>Maintain broker license validity and company documentation.</li><li>Keep transaction files organized and audit-ready.</li><li>Avoid fines or regulatory penalties.</li></ul>Client &amp; Landlord Relations<ul><li>Act as point of contact for landlords and key clients.</li><li>Handle escalations professionally.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships to support retention and repeat listings.</li><li>Support landlord reporting and performance updates.</li></ul>KPIs<ul><li>Monthly revenue performance</li><li>Occupancy &amp; renewal rates</li><li>Rental collection efficiency</li><li>Deal processing turnaround time</li><li>Compliance accuracy (zero penalties)</li><li>Agent performance tracking</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3&ndash;5+ years experience in Dubai real estate brokerage.</li><li>Strong knowledge of RERA, DLD, Ejari processes.</li><li>Strong Excel reporting capability.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Commercial mindset with focus on revenue.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Fixed Salary (Based on Experience)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
