Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition<ul><li>Lead end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (sales, leasing, admin, marketing, property management, back office).</li><li>Develop recruitment strategies to attract top-performing agents and administrative staff.</li><li>Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate with department heads for selection.</li><li>Manage onboarding, orientation, and documentation processes for new hires.</li></ul>2. HR Operations &amp; Administration<ul><li>Maintain employee records, HR systems, and digital files.</li><li>Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, termination letters, and other HR documents.</li><li>Oversee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with PRO.</li><li>Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HR reporting.</li></ul>3. Employee Relations<ul><li>Address employee concerns professionally and maintain a positive work environment.</li><li>Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.</li><li>Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.</li></ul>4. Compliance &amp; Policy Management<ul><li>Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.</li><li>Update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.</li><li>Provide guidance to management on legal requirements, HR best practices, and organizational policies.</li></ul>5. Performance Management<ul><li>Lead performance appraisal cycles and KPI tracking for real estate teams.</li><li>Support managers in identifying training needs and setting performance standards.</li><li>Drive professional development initiatives and skill-enhancement programs.</li></ul>6. Organizational Development<ul><li>Develop HR strategies aligned with company growth in the real estate industry.</li><li>Support workforce planning, succession planning, and departmental structuring.</li><li>Enhance company culture and promote productivity across teams.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE real estate sector.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and HR best practices.</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, handle confidential information, and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and digital HR tools.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Real estate industry understanding (sales, brokerage, property management, developer operations).</li><li>Management of group of companies with end to end HR Operation independently.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>The budget for this role is upto AED 14k, is this fine with you?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Real Estate Recruitment: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>
