Your Day-to-Day Impact
<ul>
<li>Process partner departures, ensuring timely system updates and compliance with state regulations</li>
<li>Maintain and update employee records, credentials, and compliance documentation</li>
<li>Serve as the primary contact for employment verifications and unemployment claims</li>
<li>Manage Form I-9 administration and audit processes for federal compliance</li>
<li>Support records requests with confidentiality and accuracy</li>
<li>Review and route incoming HR emails and mail for timely response</li>
<li>Provide basic HR systems support (UKG Pro and other tools)</li>
<li>Order and maintain HR department office supplies and compliance postings</li>
<li>Assist with audits, special projects, and process improvement initiatives</li>

Minimum Qualifications: 
<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in Human Resources, Operations, or Administrative roles</li><li>Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG Pro (or similar systems) preferred</li><li>Knowledge of employment law, I-9, and recordkeeping compliance</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li></ul></div>
