Assistant Manager FinanceLocation : Karachi, PakistanDepartment : Finance &amp; AccountsReports To : CFOJob SummaryOur client, a well-established and respected player in the Engineering &amp; Services industry, is looking to hire a detail oriented and proactive Assistant Manager Finance to strengthen its finance function. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and overall Financial Operations, with a focus on maintaining efficient processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and delivering accurate, timely reporting to support informed business decision-making. Key Responsibilities&middot; Manage invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations&middot; Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables&middot; Oversee vendor payments and ensure timely disbursements&middot; Verify and process invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders&middot; Supervise daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation&middot; Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings&middot; Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements&middot; Prepare financial and management reports&middot; Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations&middot; Assist in audit preparation and coordination with auditors&middot; Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controlsQualifications &amp; Requirements&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field&middot; ACCA / CA / ICMA partly or fully qualified preferred&middot; 3&ndash;6 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts&middot; Strong exposure to Receivables, Payables, and Financial Operations&middot; Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel&middot; Good understanding of financial reporting standardsSkills &amp; Competencies&middot; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills&middot; Attention to detail and accuracy&middot; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills&middot; Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure&middot; Team player with leadership potential&middot; Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.)Please share your updated resume in MS Word format at jobs@hcspak.comNote: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Work Location: In person
