Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends.&middot; Understand the needs and preferences of clients through thorough consultations. Provide guidance on market conditions, pricing, and property options.&middot; Work together with colleagues from other departments to improve efficiency and overall service delivery.&middot; Assist clients in making offers and guide them through the negotiation process.&middot; Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
