Job Overview We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our rodent control team. In this essential role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and technicians, ensuring excellent communication and efficient scheduling of service appointments.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, scheduling inspections and treatments, dispatching technicians, coordinating routes, updating service records, and ensuring timely follow-up with customers. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations and delivering a positive customer experience from the initial call through service completion.This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the center of our operations, utilizing scheduling and customer management systems to support our technicians, optimize service routes, and help protect homes and businesses from rodent issues.FULL TIMEIN OFFICESUNDAY - THURSDAYFRIDAY - SATURDAY OFFDuties<ul><li>Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages from customers in a professional and courteous manner.</li><li>Schedule inspections, treatments, follow-up services, and warranty appointments.</li><li>Dispatch technicians efficiently and coordinate daily service routes.</li><li>Monitor daily schedules to maximize route efficiency and technician productivity.</li><li>Communicate appointment details, arrival windows, and service updates to customers.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Create and maintain accurate customer records, service notes, and scheduling information.</li><li>Monitor technician schedules and make real-time adjustments as needed.</li><li>Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on missed or rescheduled services.</li><li>Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and accurate reporting.</li><li>Track and document customer feedback, complaints, and resolution efforts.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of company services, treatment plans, warranties, and pricing.</li><li>Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities to schedule inspections and additional services.</li><li>Ensure all customer communications are documented accurately in the company management system.</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks, filing, and office support as needed.</li><li>Work collaboratively with management and field staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.</li><li>Uphold company standards for professionalism, customer service, and responsiveness.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or office administration preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage a high volume of calls, appointments, and customer requests.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly phone demeanor.</li><li>Proficiency with computers, data entry, customer management software and DocuSign.</li><li>Experience using scheduling, dispatching, or CRM systems is a plus.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and adapt to changing schedules in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.</li><li>Knowledge of rodent control, pest control, home services, or field service industries is preferred but not required.</li><li>Reliable, dependable, and capable of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
