This role is for someone who values excellence, accountability, and growth.The RoleWe&rsquo;re seeking a Marketing Associate who is both creative and operationally strong. This person will support client accounts across design, digital marketing execution, analytics, and organization.This is not a passive assistant role. You&rsquo;ll be trusted with real responsibility, real deadlines, and real client work. The right person will grow into a core team member as 39 North continues to scale.What You&rsquo;ll DoCreative &amp; Design<ul><li>Create branded Canva graphics for social media, email, websites, digital and print ads, and marketing campaigns</li><li>Create short form video content for ads and socials with supplied video files</li><li>Maintain strong visual consistency across client brands (fonts, colors, layouts, tone)</li><li>Resize, adapt, and version creative assets across platforms</li><li>Catch design and branding issues before they ever reach a client</li></ul>Digital Marketing Execution<ul><li>Assist with Meta Ads setup, QA, and reporting</li><li>Support email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo or similar platforms)</li><li>Manage and update websites</li><li>WordPress experience is required</li><li>Wix experience is a bonus</li><li>Support content scheduling and campaign execution on social media</li><li>Various other marketing tasks ranging from FAM Trip planning and media buying to brochure creation and website editing</li></ul>Organization &amp; Operations<ul><li>Keep projects, timelines, and deliverables impeccably organized</li><li>Maintain trackers, dashboards, and internal documentation</li><li>Ensure deadlines are met with quick turnaround times</li><li>Follow through without reminders</li></ul>Client Support<ul><li>Participate in client communications and occasional meetings</li><li>Prepare polished, client-ready materials</li><li>Represent 39 North professionally and responsibly</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Pull and interpret performance data across channels (ads, email, web, etc.)</li><li>Assist with reporting and insight generation</li><li>Maintain clean, accurate analytics systems</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForMust-Haves<ul><li>Strong Canva skills with a clear eye for visual design and branding</li><li>WordPress familiarity is a must; Wix experience is a bonus</li><li>Exceptionally organized with meticulous attention to detail</li><li>Immensely trustworthy, reliable, and accountable</li><li>Able to meet tight deadlines and handle fast turnaround times</li><li>Meta Ads experience or strong working knowledge</li><li>Email marketing experience (Klaviyo preferred)</li><li>Comfortable working with analytics and performance data</li><li>Experience in client-facing roles</li><li>Strong communication and follow-through</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment</li></ul>Nice-to-Haves<ul><li>Experience with service-based businesses</li><li>Familiarity with Google Business Profile, SEO basics, or paid search</li><li>Experience with Asana, Google Workspace, or similar tools</li><li>Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs</li><li>Local to the Greater Cincinnati area</li></ul>How You Work<ul><li>You take ownership and pride in your work</li><li>You fully show up to work each work day as a self-starter</li><li>You don&rsquo;t miss deadlines</li><li>You communicate clearly and consistently</li><li>You move quickly without sacrificing quality</li><li>You want to grow and evolve with a small but ambitious team</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Pay<ul><li>$20/hour to start with monthly increases to $26/ hour</li><li>10 to 15 hours per week</li><li>Remote with flexible hours</li><li>Daily team stand-up meetings (via Google Meet) may be required</li></ul>How to ApplyTo be considered, applicants must submit:<ul><li>A resume</li><li>A cover letter</li></ul>Please email both to: info@39northmarketing.comApplications that do not follow these instructions will not be considered.Job Type: ContractPay: From $23.00 per hourExpected hours: 10 &ndash; 15 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Have you read the complete job description including how to apply?</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
