Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those new to the legal profession to gain hands-on experience across a variety of practice areas. You will be supporting the company with administrative and legal support.Duties<ul><li>Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and memoranda</li><li>Support attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and client meetings</li><li>Participate in negotiations and client consultations under supervision</li><li>Support administrative tasks within the law office to ensure smooth operations</li><li>Support CEO in recruiting</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school or current enrollment in a recognized legal program</li><li>Strong research skills with proficiency</li><li>Excellent writing skills with experience in legal drafting and documentation</li><li>Familiarity with various practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, family law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law &amp; regulations, litigation, and patent law is preferred but not required</li><li>Legal administrative experience is a plus</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment</li><li>Strong analytical skills with attention to detail</li><li>Effective negotiation skills and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues</li></ul>This position provides an invaluable opportunity for aspiring attorneys to develop their skills while supporting a professional team dedicated to excellence in legal service delivery.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 25 &ndash; 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
