Key Responsibilities</b></p>

<li><div>Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT and corporate roles, from sourcing to offer closure.</div></li>
<li><div>Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, Boolean search, AI sourcing, and social media.</div></li>
<li><div>Conduct candidate screening and assess technical, behavioral, and cultural fit.</div></li>
<li><div>Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.</div></li>
<li><div>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and drive the recruitment process.</div></li>
<li><div>Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring updates.</div></li>

<p><b>Requirements</b></p>

<li><div>8+ years of experience in <b>US IT Recruitment</b> with a strong track record of hiring engineering talent.</div></li>
<li><div>Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, AI sourcing tools, and video screening.</div></li>
<li><div>Experience using ATS platforms (Darwinbox experience is a plus).</div></li>
<li><div>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</div></li>
<li><div>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</div></li>

<li><p>Proven track record of successfully delivering machine learning projects from concept to production.</p>

<li><p>Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</p>

<li><p>Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</p>

<li><p>Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques, algorithms, and frameworks. Experience building and deploying ML models (classification, NLP, forecasting).</p>

<li><p>Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.</p>

<li><p>Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-Learn.</p>
