Role Overview
As a Product Specialist for the Saudi Arabian market, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers, driving educational initiatives, and elevating 3Shape&rsquo;s presence in the Kingdom. This role blends technical expertise, customer engagement, and marketing execution &mdash; making it ideal for professionals who are passionate about digital dentistry and training others.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead and execute local education programs, including seminars, workshops, and training sessions (in-person and virtual).</li><li>
Provide hands-on training, consultancy, and technical guidance to 3Shape customers and resellers.</li><li>
Offer clinical support and basic troubleshooting for 3Shape products in the local market.</li><li>
Organize and support marketing activities, tradeshows, and conferences to strengthen 3Shape&rsquo;s visibility in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>
Collaborate with commercial teams and global stakeholders to deliver impactful customer experiences.</li><li>
Collect and communicate market insights to Product Management and R&amp;D.</li><li>
Support the development of structured training materials, FAQs, and other educational resources.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders to grow the 3Shape community.</li><li>
Utilize CRM tools, surveys, and analytics to continuously evaluate and enhance training effectiveness.</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>
Registered Dentist or Dental Technician.</li><li>
Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental clinic or laboratory environment.</li><li>
At least 2 years of CAD/CAM experience with dental or medical device products.</li><li>
Proven training or teaching experience (minimum 2 years).</li><li>
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and PowerPoint.</li><li>
Excellent command of English &mdash; spoken, written, and read.</li><li>
Saudi National candidates are strongly preferred.</li></ul>
