 Operational Excellence Manager
 
 
 3Sixty is transforming digital dentistry through smarter workflows, automation, and speed &mdash; and we&rsquo;re looking for an Operational Excellence Head to lead that transformation.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll work directly with the CEO and collaborate with every department &mdash; from operations and design to customer success and production &mdash; to simplify how we work and improve how we deliver.
 
 
 This role is about eliminating inefficiency, fixing what&rsquo;s broken, and enabling every team to move faster and perform at their best.
 
 
 What you&rsquo;ll do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead company-wide process improvement initiatives that simplify and accelerate workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify bottlenecks and redesign processes for efficiency and scalability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define and track operational KPIs such as turnaround time, rework rate, and accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with department heads to implement automation-driven solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee internal process reviews and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) systems focused on results, not paperwork.
 </li>
 <li>
 Champion a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement across all teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report directly to the CEO on progress, priorities, and measurable impact.

 Requirements
 
 
 
 What we&rsquo;re looking for
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 8+ years of experience in process improvement, quality or leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven record of driving measurable improvement in speed, efficiency, or scalability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization methodologies (certification a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on and analytical &mdash; able to turn insights into action.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and leadership skills; capable of aligning multiple teams around one goal.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
