Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in professional video editing and post-production, with the ability to create engaging, high-quality content for digital platforms. This role requires experience in producing long-form video content, particularly for YouTube, along with a solid understanding of modern AI-powered editing tools and workflows.While the interview process will be conducted onsite, the position itself may be offered as a remote role based on the candidate's qualifications and suitability.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Edit and produce high-quality long-form videos for YouTube and other digital platforms.</li><li>Create compelling visual storytelling through effective pacing, transitions, graphics, and sound design.</li><li>Use advanced editing techniques to enhance viewer engagement and retention.</li><li>Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects where needed.</li><li>Collaborate with content creators, scriptwriters, and the creative team to bring concepts to life.</li><li>Optimize videos for platform-specific best practices, especially YouTube.</li><li>Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and enhance creative output.</li><li>Ensure all projects are delivered on time while maintaining high production standards.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in digital media or content production.</li><li>Proficiency in:</li><li>Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>Adobe After Effects</li><li>CapCut</li><li>DaVinci Resolve</li><li>Strong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, and audience engagement.</li><li>Experience creating long-form YouTube content.</li><li>Familiarity with YouTube content trends, retention strategies, and optimization techniques.</li><li>Working knowledge of AI tools for video editing, automation, and content enhancement.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Application RequirementsInterested candidates must submit:<ul><li>An updated resume/CV</li><li>A portfolio showcasing previous video editing work</li><li>A Google Drive (or similar cloud storage) link containing relevant sample projects for review</li></ul>Applications without a portfolio and reference link will not be considered.Work Arrangement<ul><li>Interview: Onsite</li><li>Employment Type: Remote (subject to final selection and company requirements)</li></ul>Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in Rawalpindi
