Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient care and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of dental health. This role involves diagnosing and treating various dental issues, performing procedures, and ensuring a comfortable experience for patients of all ages. The successful candidate will be proficient in various dental software systems and possess strong clinical skills.Duties<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.</li><li>Perform a range of dental procedures, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental extractions.</li><li>Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.</li><li>Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver high-quality patient care.</li><li>Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.</li><li>Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.</li><li>Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.</li><li>Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology.</li><li>Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus, along with skills in root canal therapy and dental fabrication.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.</li><li>Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.</li><li>Commitment to providing compassionate patient care while adhering to ethical standards.
