You will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, focusing on hiring factory staff and ensuring all government compliance (PF/ESIC) is handled accurately. This is a great role for someone with 1&ndash;2 years of experience looking to grow in a stable manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Recruitment: Source and hire skilled/unskilled workers and office staff to meet production needs.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain physical and digital employee files, including Aadhaar cards, bank details, and appointment letters.</li><li>Compliance: Manage monthly PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC contributions and online portal updates.</li><li>Attendance: Monitor daily worker attendance, overtime (OT) records, and leave management for payroll processing.</li><li>Factory Administration: Ensure the shop floor follows basic safety and discipline protocols.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience: 1&ndash;2 years of experience in HR (preferably in a factory or textile/manufacturing unit).</li><li>Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA/BA).</li><li>Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and the PF/ESIC online portals.</li><li>Language: Must be fluent in Gujarati and Hindi to communicate effectively with workers.</li><li>Proximity: Candidates living in or near Bhestan, Pandesara, or Udhna will be preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
