We need a highly skilled professional with <b>multiple years of experience in 401(k) administration</b> who is comfortable navigating all aspects of a company's 401(k) plan, including compliance, plan document provisions, and required corrections. While we prefer a <b>Utah-based candidate</b>, we are open to considering qualified applicants from across the United States.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:</b></div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Provide expertise and guidance to customers and internal teams regarding 401(k) compliance and administration.</li><li>
Conduct compliance-related reviews, including <b>Nondiscrimination Testing (ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, 410(b), etc.)</b> and profit-sharing calculations.</li><li>
Navigate and interpret <b>plan documents</b> (adoption agreements, SPDs, disclosures, and notices) and assist with amendments or modifications as necessary.</li><li>
Assist in <b>401(k) plan conversions and transfers</b> from one provider to another.</li><li>
Work closely with the <b>Client Success Team</b> to support customers with compliance-related issues.</li><li>
Ensure timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency without sacrificing quality.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
What You Bring:</b></div><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
4+ years of experience</b> in ERISA 401(k) administration.</li><li>
Deep understanding of 401(k) <b>compliance regulations</b>, corrections, and nondiscrimination testing.</li><li>
Experience with <b>plan document interpretation and modification</b>.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>
Ability to quickly learn and navigate <b>new systems</b>.</li><li>
Highly organized with a strong <b>time management</b> skillset.</li><li>
A collaborative mindset&mdash;able to support team members and contribute to company growth.</li><li><b>
QKA certification</b> is preferred but not required.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></div><br>

Experience in <b>401(k) plan conversions</b>.</li><li>
Prior <b>start-up</b> or <b>fintech</b> experience.</li><li>
Background in <b>payroll</b> integration with 401(k) plans.</li><li>
