The Dentist Sourcer plays a critical role in driving our monthly hiring goals by identifying, engaging, and nurturing dentist talent, especially in competitive and hard-to-fill markets. This role partners closely with Dentist Recruiters, Regional Clinical Directors, and Operations Leaders to ensure a steady flow of high-quality candidates ready to interview.</div>
Responsibilities:
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Talent Sourcing &amp; Pipeline Development</b></h3><ul><li><div>
Proactively source Dentists, Specialists, and New Grads through multiple channels including LinkedIn, Indeed Resume Search, ZoomInfo, iCIMS CRM, university databases, professional associations, and networking events.</div></li><li><div>
Build strong Evergreen pipelines for future needs in priority markets.</div></li><li><div>
Develop outreach strategies that reflect 42 North&rsquo;s value proposition, brand, and TRUE values.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain and continuously refresh talent pools to ensure a steady, reliable funnel.</div></li><li><div>
Conduct initial outreach and warm introductions to capture candidate interest and schedule recruiter intake conversations.</div></li><li><div>
Deliver a white-glove candidate experience by responding quickly, sharing role details, and nurturing passive candidates.</div></li><li><div>
Gather key information (location preferences, comp expectations, timing, specialty interest) prior to recruiter handoff.</div></li><li><div>
Partner with Dentist Recruiters to prioritize markets and adjust sourcing strategies to meet monthly hiring goals.</div></li><li><div>
Assist with outreach for events, dental industry functions, DMD school visits, and employer branding initiatives.</div></li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience in professional sourcing/recruitment role</li><li>
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products</li><li>
Experience working effectively with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)</li><li>
Willingness to travel as required</li><li>
Ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders</li><li><div>
Strong research skills and comfort working with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CRM platforms, ZoomInfo, and social channels.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with passive candidates.</div></li><li><div>
