<div></div><div>Global Sourcing Manager role supports the execution of &rsquo;47&rsquo;s global sourcing strategy and owns TAC (Time &amp; Action Calendar) key dates and gates. This role will support the creation of multiple product lines by ensuring bulk production meets our brand quality standards. This role supports the &rsquo;47 Brand product creation team while ensuring alignment with New Era Brand objectives. The Global Sourcing Manager drives cross-functional collaboration and sourcing strategy to ensure the delivery of best-in-class product aligned with the &rsquo;47 Brand vision.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Responsible for alignment and execution of the TAC (Time &amp; Action Calendar). Collaborates with internal customers (Product Management, Design, Production, Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Social Compliance, and Quality Teams) to create and execute the product development process</li>
<li>Strategically partners with product management, design and development teams on the development and allocation of new fabrics, trims, silhouettes, technologies and construction techniques</li>
<li>Manage and optimize sourcing allocation across strategic vendor partners. Ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of product</li>
<li>Ensure vendor requests are strategically allocated across multiple suppliers to support vendor development, drive competitive costing, and explore alternative executions</li>
<li>Enter all development data into the line sheet/PLM</li>
<li>Ensure development samples are shipped and delivered on time</li>
<li>Conduct in-depth analysis of costing and technical specifications ahead of proto reviews to offer strategic guidance aimed at improving quality, accelerating timelines, and achieving cost efficiencies</li>
<li>Drive cost management strategies by negotiating final costs, analyzing cost drivers, and mitigating issues related to excessive pricing, lead times, or minimum order requirements during the product development stage</li>
<li>Prepare and present detailed cost savings analyses and reports to senior management, highlighting result and the alignment with organizational goals</li>
<li>Able to interpret and understand specs/sourcing tech packs and can effectively communicate and collaborate with design and suppliers to ensure design expectation is maximized and cost is minimized</li>
<li>In partnership with Development ensure development samples, strike-offs and pre-SMS review comments are shared with suppliers and product is approved prior to production</li>
<li>Ensure all raw materials are developed, approved and forecasted prior to production orders</li>
<li>Communicate style exceptions not meeting category margin targets to the product management and leadership team prior to finalizing costing</li>
<li>Align with the raw material and product teams for the development of new fabrics and trims ensuring success in bulk production</li>
<li>Work closely with Quality to resolve any product quality issues occurring during development and communicate to the production team prior to production hand off</li>
<li>Present product line evaluation of forecasted costs and margins results to senior leadership prior to finalizing program sourcing strategy</li>
<li>Develop and maintain key reporting metrics to measure vendor performance year over year</li>
<li>Support supplier development initiatives aimed at improving sourcing, production, quality, compliance, and other Supply Chain functions by partnering with internal stakeholders, utilizing internal project management platforms, root cause/countermeasure development, and establishing year over year goal</li>
<li>Lead and take ownership of process excellence initiatives, driving cross-functional continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion while ensuring alignment with &rsquo;47/NE organizational goals.</li>
<li>Identify and elevate potential issues that may potentially impact responsible purchasing practices to the appropriate supervisory level</li>
<li>Keep all sensitive matters confidential</li>

<ul><li>Proven ability to analyze information, make decisions, and recommend actions to drive business results</li>
<li>Understand the importance of this position and the role it plays and can bring improvements to the bottom line through price reductions of goods and services</li>
<li>Demonstrates experience negotiating and achieving cost savings, margin improvements, and lead-time reductions</li>
<li>Experience and past success working cross-functionally and building strategic working relationships</li>
<li>Time Management: Ability to organize, prioritize multiple projects and adhere to multiple deadlines</li>
<li>High level of attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively solve them</li>
<li>Lead and manage the organization's change management initiatives, ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and strategies</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>A positive attitude, high level of energy, clear sense of urgency and direction</li>
<li>Working knowledge of PLM/ERP/MRP systems, quality and supplier management</li>
<li>Computer skills: proficiency (knowledge) in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Power Point, web-based applications</li>
</ul><div><b>Education and Experience</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Supply Chain, Product Development, Merchandising, Textile Design or relevant field required; Relevant job experience in lieu of degree will be considered</li>
<li>Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in global sourcing and overseas sourcing</li>
<li>Experience establishing credible relationships with suppliers, customers, and employees with proven results</li>
</ul><div><b>Travel Requirement</b></div>
<ul><li>10%-15%, with the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed</li></ul></div><div></div>
