You&rsquo;ll return them to service-ready condition before consolidating and shipping them back to the customer. </div><div></div>What You'll Do:<div></div><ul><li><div><br>
Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress</div></li><li><div>
Utilize appropriate tools and methods to return damaged pallets to service-ready condition</div></li><li><div>
Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly</div></li><li><div>
Examine products after repairing to verify conformance to quality standards</div></li><li><div>
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
</div></li><li><div>Efficiently work without constant supervision to achieve production quotas in the repair area safely</div></li><li><div>
Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights
</div></li><li><div>Load and unload materials from trailers by hand
</div></li><li><div>Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, to the appropriate staging area</div></li><li><div>
Check loads to make sure they are secure
</div></li><li><div>Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system</div></li></ul><br>

What You'll Need:<div></div><ul><li><div><br>
Demonstrated, experience safely operating air-driven, electric, and manual woodworking tools</div></li><li><div>
High school degree or GED required</div></li><li><div>
Excellent oral and written communication skills needed</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work overtime when needed</div></li></ul>
