Job Description &ndash; Showroom Manager (Home Appliances) Company: BrijRani Digital Position: Showroom Manager &ndash; Home Appliances Location: Unnao Reporting To: General Manager / CEO / Managing DirectorJob Purpose The Showroom Manager is responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the BrijRani Digital Home Appliances Showroom. The role focuses on driving sales, managing the showroom team, ensuring a high standard of customer experience, and maintaining operational discipline in line with company policies and brand standards.Key Responsibilities Sales &amp; Business Operations Drive showroom sales to achieve monthly and annual targetsEnsure effective product display, merchandising, and pricing as per company guidelinesMonitor daily sales performance, customer footfall, and conversion ratiosCoordinate with backend teams for billing, delivery, and installation processesTeam Management Supervise, train, and motivate sales executives and support staffPrepare duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower on the showroom floorMonitor staff attendance, discipline, and performanceConduct regular product knowledge and sales training sessionsCustomer Experience Ensure a high level of customer service at all timesHandle customer complaints and escalations in a professional mannerBuild long-term customer relationships and promote repeat businessInventory &amp; Store Control Monitor stock levels and oversee inward and outward movement of goodsCoordinate with the warehouse for timely replenishmentPrevent stock loss, damage, and pilferageEnsure showroom cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeepReporting &amp; Compliance Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reportsEnsure compliance with company SOPs, audit requirements, and policiesCoordinate with HR and Accounts for attendance, incentives, payroll inputs, and documentationRequired Skills &amp; Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home appliances or electronicsStrong leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsSound understanding of retail sales metrics and showroom operationsBasic computer proficiency (POS systems, Excel, billing software)Key Competencies Customer-focused mindsetTarget-driven and result-oriented approachStrong people management skillsEffective problem-solving and decision-making abilityनौकरी विवरण &ndash; शोरूम मैनेजर (होम अप्लायंसेज़) ब्रिजरानी डिजिटल पद: शोरूम मैनेजर &ndash; होम अप्लायंसेज़ कार्य स्थान: उन्नाव रिपोर्टिंग: जनरल मैनेजर / CEO / मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टरकार्य उद्देश्य शोरूम मैनेजर ब्रिजरानी डिजिटल होम अप्लायंसेज़ शोरूम की संपूर्ण बिक्री, संचालन, टीम प्रबंधन और ग्राहक अनुभव के लिए उत्तरदायी होगा। यह भूमिका दैनिक कार्यों को सुचारू रूप से संचालित करने और निर्धारित बिक्री लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने पर केंद्रित है।मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ बिक्री एवं संचालन मासिक एवं वार्षिक बिक्री लक्ष्यों की प्राप्ति सुनिश्चित करनाकंपनी दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार उत्पाद प्रदर्शन और मर्चेंडाइजिंग बनाए रखनादैनिक बिक्री, ग्राहक फुटफॉल और कन्वर्ज़न की निगरानी करनाबिलिंग, डिलीवरी एवं इंस्टॉलेशन के लिए संबंधित टीम से समन्वय करनाटीम प्रबंधन सेल्स स्टाफ एवं सहायक कर्मचारियों का नेतृत्व, प्रशिक्षण और प्रेरणाड्यूटी रोस्टर तैयार करना और शोरूम में पर्याप्त स्टाफ की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करनाकर्मचारियों की उपस्थिति, अनुशासन और प्रदर्शन की निगरानीनियमित उत्पाद एवं बिक्री प्रशिक्षण आयोजित करनाग्राहक सेवा उच्च गुणवत्ता वाली ग्राहक सेवा सुनिश्चित करनाग्राहक शिकायतों और एस्केलेशन का समाधान करनादीर्घकालिक ग्राहक संबंध विकसित करना और रिपीट बिज़नेस को बढ़ावा देनास्टॉक एवं शोरूम नियंत्रण स्टॉक की आवक-जावक और उपलब्धता पर नियंत्रणवेयरहाउस से समय पर स्टॉक की व्यवस्थास्टॉक लॉस, डैमेज और चोरी से बचावशोरूम की साफ-सफाई, सुरक्षा और रखरखाव सुनिश्चित करनारिपोर्टिंग एवं अनुपालन दैनिक, साप्ताहिक और मासिक बिक्री एवं स्टॉक रिपोर्ट तैयार करनाकंपनी नीतियों, ऑडिट और SOP का पालन सुनिश्चित करनाHR एवं अकाउंट्स टीम के साथ उपस्थिति, इंसेंटिव और दस्तावेज़ों हेतु समन्वययोग्यता एवं अनुभव किसी भी विषय में स्नातक (MBA को प्राथमिकता)रिटेल बिक्री में 3&ndash;5 वर्ष का अनुभव, विशेष रूप से होम अप्लायंसेज़ या इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्समजबूत नेतृत्व और संवाद कौशलरिटेल ऑपरेशंस और बिक्री रिपोर्ट की समझकंप्यूटर का सामान्य ज्ञान (POS, एक्सेल, बिलिंग सिस्टम)मुख्य दक्षताएँ ग्राहक-केंद्रित दृष्टिकोणलक्ष्य प्राप्ति की मजबूत क्षमताटीम प्रबंधन कौशलसमस्या समाधान एवं निर्णय लेने की क्षमताJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
