This role is ideal for a highly creative and detail-oriented designer with proven leadership skills who can manage projects, mentor the design team, and collaborate seamlessly with our architecture and construction partners.The Senior Interior Designer will oversee multiple high-end residential projects, guiding design development, client presentations, and construction administration. You&rsquo;ll be a key player in upholding 4C&rsquo;s standard of excellence while ensuring smooth and successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead interiors scope on assigned projects from concept through installation</li><li>Guide design concepts, finish palettes, and furniture packages that reflect client goals and architectural intent</li><li>Create and review interior drawings, elevations, and specifications in coordination with Architecture and Construction teams</li><li>Lead client communication and be the face of 4C group to our clients. Effectively communicate with clarity, creativity, and professionalism.</li><li>Lead and mentor Interior Designers and Lead Interior Designers on your team.</li><li>Manage relationships with vendors, reps, and consultants to source furnishings, finishes, and custom pieces</li><li>Track budgets, schedules, and deliverables across all project phases</li><li>Serve as a point of contact during furniture installations and construction walk-throughs</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design or related field</li><li>6+ years of experience in high-end residential interior design</li><li>AutoCAD and Revit (required)</li><li>Studio Designer (preferred)</li><li>Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)</li><li>SketchUp or Enscape/Lumion (a plus)</li><li>Microsoft Office / Google Workspace</li><li>Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills</li><li>Excellent communication and client presentation abilities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision</li><li>Passion for luxury residential design, materials, and furniture</li></ul>Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
