Most of all, you'll enjoy your work and the people you work with and we'll do all that we can to help you meet and exceed your goals.Conditions<ul><li>Open for US persons (US citizens or green-card holders) based or able to work in the US East time zone</li><li>Part-time collaboration of approximately 20 hours per week - with the possibility of extension to full time after initial collaboration and project.</li><li>Must be an individual not an agency / firm.</li><li>Strong (English) communication skills are required</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for</li><li>As the Product Manager of the team and for our client, you will ensure clarity on requirements, a shared Product Vision and constant focus on features creating business value, leading to amazing and fun product(s) for our client(s).</li><li>You will ensure that the development process, architecture and standards are followed. You will also be responsible for the team's code quality, delivery schedule, and cost of the project.</li><li>Manage software development teams working on a vast range of technologies, including anything around 3D (WebGL, AR, VR, Unreal Engine, Nvidia Omniverse, Unity, OpenUSD &hellip;), AI, web, cloud, and many other languages and technologies, including industrial digital twin and simulation projects.</li><li>Work hand in hand with our clients and their team, ensuring open and transparent communication and management of their project(s).</li><li>Work closely with our clients and, together with them, drive the direction of the Omniverse Digital Twin and the use and integration of factory simulation (DES simulation).</li><li>Foster a high performing Agile based culture of trust, teamwork, empowerment, accountability, responsiveness, and communication. Set boundaries, success criteria, and measure progress. Suggest success patterns and call out anti-patterns.</li><li>Minimize roadblocks as well as project risks and maximize opportunities to keep all members of the teams productive, engaged, and fulfilled in their roles.</li><li>Manage project budgets and estimates and communicate when things need to change.</li><li>You will regularly discuss short- and long-term architectural objectives and occasionally advise on solutions approach, where applicable.</li><li>Will be managing one large project initially, with the possibility of extending into multiple engagements in future.</li><li>Be able to build trust, encourage an attitude of proactive responsibility and a sense of ownership towards the tasks and projects at hand.</li><li>Help analyze and create Project Specifications, Estimates and Statements of Work.</li><li>Lead the process to breakdown complex projects into definable tasks and estimates.</li><li>Communicate and manage customers and set expectations.</li><li>Collaborate with leads and production to plan, define, and scope features for projects.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven hands-on experience on NVIDIA Omniverse projects, including solid knowledge of OpenUSD (schema, custom attributes, layer composition, asset referencing) and the broader Omniverse ecosystem, with a simulation and/or AI background as needed across Omniverse work.</li><li>Experience in defining high and low level system &amp; software architecture, including strong object oriented design concepts.</li><li>Iterative and agile software development principles.</li><li>Ability to lead a product team; delivering tangible value to customers and the business.</li><li>Computer Graphics background and hands on experience with various related technologies.</li><li>3D engine experience (Unreal Engine, Unity, NVIDIA Omniverse).</li><li>Familiarity with the simulation and manufacturing domain (digital twins, discrete event simulation, factory and production workflows) is a strong plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills, including mentorship ability.</li><li>10+ years of software development experience.</li><li>5+ years of demonstrated management experience (both projects and people).</li><li>A passion for 3D graphics development.</li><li>Exceptional production skills and data-driven decision making.</li><li>Understanding of modern software engineering and delivering software products on time and on budget.</li><li>Familiar with a broad range of design principles as they apply to software development.</li><li>Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on industry trends.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field</li><li>Prior experience owning end-to-end product delivery and managing / leading a diverse software engineering team.</li><li>10+ years professional experience as an engineer including hands-on technical team management.</li><li>Experience with low-level graphics APIs (WebGL, OpenGL, Metal, DirectX).</li><li>Have an understanding of Unreal Engine 5 and Unity.</li><li>Experience developing AR/VR applications.</li><li>Detailed understanding of the OS, graphics, networking, and other sub-systems.</li><li>Experience shipping products requiring stringent runtime performance practices, such as complex mobile or 3D applications or games.</li><li>Knowledge of and experience with different Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li><li>Demonstrated experience on NVIDIA Omniverse projects, ideally backed by (optional) Omniverse certifications.</li><li>Experience designing or delivering Digital Twins (industrial, factory, or comparable real-world systems).</li><li>Experience working across disciplines to drive solutions.</li></ul>Pay: $77,348.66 - $93,151.09 per yearWork Location: Remote
