What your new challenge will look like</b></p><ul><li><p>
Support project teams in the execution of supply chain consulting engagements.</p></li><li><p>
Gather, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and insights.</p></li><li><p>
Assist in building models, reports, and dashboards under guidance from senior team members.</p></li><li><p>
Contribute to workstreams across areas such as supply chain strategy and network analysis, demand planning and inventory management, transportation and logistics operations, intralogistics and production, etc.</p></li><li><p>
Prepare sections of client presentations and documentation.</p></li><li><p>
Participate in internal and client meetings, taking notes and tracking action items.</p></li><li><p>
Conduct market and industry research to support project work.</p></li><li><p>
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality outputs.</p></li><li><p>
Support internal initiatives such as training and knowledge management.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Why you belong at 4flow</b></p><ul><li><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, industrial engineering, logistics or supply chain management.</p></li><li><p>
0-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, consulting, or within industry sectors.</p></li><li><p>
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with stakeholders across all organizational levels.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.</p></li><li><p>
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to tools such as SQL, Python, or PowerBI/Tableau is a plus.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to travel up to 80% during client engagements.</p></li><li><p>
Legally allowed to work in the U.S. (no relocation or sponsorship available)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
