Job Description &ndash; Financial Reporting &amp; Audit SupportPosition: ControllershipDepartment: Finance &amp; AccountsLocation: Bangalore,Role Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented finance professional who will be responsible for financial reporting, audit coordination, and investor reporting. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, audit exposure, and the ability to work closely with internal teams, auditors, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports on a periodic basis (monthly / quarterly / annual).Support statutory, internal, and external audits by coordinating with auditors and ensuring timely completion of audits.Assist in audit documentation, schedules, and data reconciliation.Address auditor queries and ensure proper closure of audit observations.Prepare and share financial and MIS reports for investors and management.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory, and statutory requirements.Work closely with internal finance, accounts, and compliance teams.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Maintain proper financial records and documentation for review and reporting purposes.Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:Chartered Account 5 years of experience in financial reporting, audit support, or similar finance roles.Hands-on experience in audit coordination and financial reporting.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.Good communication skills for interaction with auditors and investors.Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your Notice Period ?</li><li>What is your current CTC ?</li><li>Do you have experience into preparing Financial Statements with Ind-AS in Manufacturing Domain?</li><li>Are you comfortable for the Salary Bracket up to 17LPA ?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
