What You&rsquo;ll Do:

<li>Maintain operational excellence, overseeing inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation to showcase our gear in the best light.</li>
<li>Collaborate with upper management to implement strategies that boost store traffic and sales, while ensuring the store hits or exceeds its targets.</li>
<li>Engage with the local community to build awareness, establish relationships, and make 5.11 the go-to destination for purpose-built gear.</li></ul> 


What We&rsquo;re Looking For:

<li>An exceptional customer service mindset, with a drive for going above and beyond and thrives on engaging with both customers and employees.</li>
<li>Proven leadership and sales abilities with a knack for motivating teams and a passion to achieve goals.</li>
<li>A love for technical outdoor gear so you can connect with our customers and showcase our products authentically.</li>
<li>Solid organizational skills, with experience in managing inventory, visual merchandising, and leading day-to-day operations.</li>
<li>Management experience&mdash;bonus points if it&rsquo;s in outdoor or specialty retail.</li>
<li>Strong adaptability and resourcefulness to meet the varied needs of customers and the challenges of retail.</li></ul>

Pay Range: $22.22 - $25.00
