 Role Overview:
 
 In this role, you will focus primarily on
 
 brand growth (70%)

 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 Brand Marketing &amp; KOL Management (&asymp;70%)

 Develop and execute brand campaigns tailored to build awareness and trust in Kuwait.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, recruit, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to promote our services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate partnerships with influencers, agencies, and local media platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design content and storytelling strategies that resonate with local cultural values and consumer interests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Measure and evaluate KOL/branding campaign effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Performance Marketing (&asymp;30%)
 
 
 <ul>

 Plan and run targeted digital campaigns across major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) for user acquisition.

 Monitor performance data, optimize campaigns for ROI, and report key learnings to HQ.

 Coordinate with product and content teams to ensure landing pages and creatives align with campaign goals.

 Market Insights &amp; Localization

 Provide the HQ team with up-to-date intelligence on market trends, competition, and consumer behaviors in Kuwait.

 Advise on product localization and promotional strategies tailored to the Kuwaiti audience.
 </li>

 Qualifications:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master&rsquo;s degree a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven focus on
 
 KOL/influencer marketing and brand-building

 Solid understanding of campaign management, influencer partnerships, and local branding practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (performance marketing experience preferred but not sole focus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong connections or familiarity with the Kuwaiti influencer ecosystem is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Data-driven mindset, with the ability to combine creative storytelling with measurable impact.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred.

 Job Description:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Write creative briefs for the designer and video editor, work with them to bring the creatives to life.
 </li>
 <li>
 Incharge of copywriting for short form, performance driven content, including ad image headlines, video scripts, and landing page texts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft image concepts, and layout ideas for landing pages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define creative emotional and rational angles to test (e.g., fear of missing out, ease of use, testimonials, transformation, value-for-money, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify the mixture of diffrent materials for ads (UGC, testimonials, VO, stock footage, etc.) and work with the team to obtain them.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the designer and video editor to produce content and materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Join weekly meeting with media buyers to review creative drafts, give clear feedback, and ensure final output is aligned with the concept and optimized for Media buying.
 </li>
 <li>
 Constantly improve creatives based on performance and AB testing.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of performance marketing (Snapchat, IG, Tiktok, FB, Google, App store, etc.), able to cope with the performance metrics and creatively impacts results with content directing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong copywriting skills for short form, performance driven content, including ad image headlines, video scripts, and landing page texts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Visual storytelling intuition, understands what works visually in fast-scrolling feeds.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and ad creative best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of creative tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, CapCut, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to make simple edits to visuals or video assets when needed is an advantage (not a primary responsibility).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent coordination and feedback effectively, slowly optimizing the performance of all funnel
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, snapchat, YouTube, etc. ad formats and best practices.
 </li>
