Job Summary We here at 52 Strong personal training are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is integral to expanding our member base through strategic management of sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in fitness sales, event coordination, lead generation, and customer service, with a focus on ad services and community outreach. The position offers opportunities for professional growth in sales management and business marketing.We want someone who will:<ul><li>Fill time slots</li><li>Generate consistent leads</li><li>Convert those leads into booked sessions</li><li>Build awareness locally (Naples)</li></ul>Duties<ul><li>Run social medias to increase outreach and grow company accounts</li><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting specific demographics across the Naples area</li><li>Manage client profiles through effective account management techniques, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention and referrals.</li><li>Conduct outbound cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate new leads and expand market presence.</li><li>Reach out to local businesses to create key partnerships</li><li>Host and promote existing events to generate interest in the gym and find new prospective clients.</li><li>Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue from existing clients.</li><li>Collaborate with other team members to create targeted marketing initiatives and campaigns.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of future strategies, customer feedback, and market trends for analysis and reporting purposes.</li><li>Go to local community events for outreach and marketing.</li></ul>QualificationsRequired<ul><li>Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or fitness-related marketing</li><li>Strong verbal communication, networking, and closing skills</li><li>Experience managing or executing local marketing initiatives</li><li>Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and basic paid advertising concepts</li><li>Comfortable with technology and digital tools (Excel, Canva, CRM systems)</li><li>Understanding of the fitness and personal training industry</li><li>Strong connection to and knowledge of the Naples community</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience with local event marketing and community outreach</li><li>Background in fitness, wellness, or service-based businesses</li><li>Basic content creation and copywriting skills</li><li>Experience tracking leads, conversions, and marketing performance metrics</li><li>Familiarity with booking or scheduling platforms</li></ul>This is a part time roll initially with the potential of becoming a full time roll based on your success and performance.
