KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></h3><div><b><br>
Client Leadership &amp; Account Management</b></div><ul><li>Serve as a key point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Build trusted relationships with client teams, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery excellence.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Partnerships, Content, Events).</li></ul><div><b>
Internal Communications (NEOM Fan Club &amp; Shura Links)</b></div><ul><li>Plan and deliver monthly campaigns (newsletters, competitions, spotlight stories).</li><li>Maintain a content calendar tied to F1 Academy, esports, and STEM events.</li><li>Write internal messages for leadership, townhalls, and employee platforms.</li><li>Coordinate staff involvement in activations (e.g. McLaren garage tours, Q&amp;As).</li><li>Track engagement metrics like open rates and sign-ups.</li></ul><div><b>
External Communications (NEOM x McLaren, Golf Saudi, AGF)</b></div><ul><li>Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with race schedules, STEM launches, and innovation events.</li><li>Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and executive talking points.</li><li>Maintain relationships with Arabic and international media across sports, tech, and sustainability.</li><li>Secure media coverage and manage accreditation for race weekends and activations.</li><li>Support content capture days and script development for talent appearances and video content.</li></ul><div><b>
Narrative &amp; Messaging Development</b></div><ul><li>Own and adapt messaging frameworks for different audiences (F1 Academy, esports, STEM, investors).</li><li>Draft thought leadership content, panel blurbs, and moderator guides for major events (LEAP, FII, Web Summit).</li><li>Collaborate with client teams to ensure consistent and impactful storytelling.</li></ul><div><b>
Reporting &amp; Insights</b></div><ul><li>Monitor media coverage, share of voice, and social media impressions.</li><li>Compile regular reports on PR reach, content performance, and internal engagement.</li></ul><div>
Use tools like Meltwater or Cision to track and analyse campaign impact.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
SPECIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/APTITUDES NEEDED:</b></h3><div><b><br>
Experience</b></div><ul><li>3&ndash;5 years in PR, communications, or media relations, ideally within sports, entertainment, or innovation sectors.</li><li>Proven experience managing bilingual campaigns and working with Arabic media.</li></ul><div><b>
Skills &amp; Attributes</b></div><ul><li>Native-level Arabic and fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).</li><li>Strong editorial copywriting and storytelling abilities.</li><li>Strategic mindset with creative problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent organisational and project management capabilities.</li><li>Confident working across multiple accounts and deadlines.</li></ul><div><b>
Technical Proficiency</b></div><ul><li>Familiarity with PR tools (e.g. Meltwater, Cision).</li></ul><div>

SALARY AND BENEFITS:</b></h3><br>

<li>33 days annual leave (+ public holidays), pro-rated</li>
<li>Working hours will be from 09.00 to 17.30 Sunday to Thursday with an hour taken for lunch between 12.00 and 14.00</li></ul><br>
