An HR Recruiter is responsible for finding, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet an organization&rsquo;s staffing needs. They act as a bridge between hiring managers and job seekers.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment &amp; Sourcing<ul><li>Develop and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and company websites.</li><li>Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies.</li><li>Build and maintain a talent pipeline.</li></ul>2. Screening &amp; Interviewing<ul><li>Review resumes and shortlist candidates.</li><li>Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.</li><li>Assess candidates&rsquo; skills, experience, and cultural fit.</li></ul>3. Hiring Process Management<ul><li>Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.</li><li>Collect feedback and manage candidate evaluations.</li><li>Extend job offers and negotiate salary/benefits.</li></ul>4. Employer Branding<ul><li>Promote the company as an employer of choice.</li><li>Represent the organization at job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.</li></ul>5. Compliance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Ensure recruitment processes follow labor laws and company policies.</li><li>Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.</li></ul>6.
