This accounts assistant job has arisen due to continuous internal growth within the firm.Your new role Your duties in this role will see you get involved in all aspects of accounts work, working within a team of accounts professionals to help you in your role and for you to learn from. Your day-to-day roles will include preparing both statutory and management accounts, completing corporation tax returns, VAT returns, and producing partnership and sole trader accounts, along with bookkeeping duties. You will be reporting into the seniors and managers daily, completing work for their review and making amendments from this.Duties:<ul><li>Preparing Sole Trader, Partnership and Ltd Company Accounts</li><li>Preparing Corporation Tax Returns</li><li>Preparing VAT Returns</li><li>Preparing Management Accounts</li></ul>What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this job, you will need previous accounting experience, a minimum of a year's experience in accounts; you will need to be qualified in accounting or a finance qualification. Other personal attributes will be required, this consists of being confident and having good interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships.
