Whether working in a bustling restaurant or an elegant fine dining setting, your energy and professionalism will shine through every interaction.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance the dining experience</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly</li><li>Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining genuine guest engagement</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and presentation standards are met at all times</li><li>Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns swiftly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit</li><li>Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations for bills and tips</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife environments such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; experience with OpenTable for reservations management is advantageous</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty</li><li>Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Experience in serving or host/hostess roles demonstrates excellent guest relations skills</li><li>Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill calculations are essential</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about delivering memorable hospitality experiences!
