5W Trailers is a growing trailer dealership opening up multiple locations. We are looking for a branch store manager to run our Hope Mills location. Here are some of the duties that will come with this position:Store ManagerSales<ul><li>Monitor sales team(making sure timely and appropriate responses to customers).</li><li>Give sales training and hold weekly sales meetings.</li><li>Research local competition in area and adjust pricing according(in conjunction with GM)</li><li>Set sales targets and develop strategies with GM</li><li>Help facilitate and train sales reps on retail financing options available</li></ul>Store<ul><li>Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints; with GM if needed</li><li>Assist receiving and unloading inventory</li><li>Enter inventory into Trailer Ops</li><li>Make final decisions on all in store sales decisions(discounts, trade-ins, etc).</li><li>Provide Marketing Team with photos, videos, etc upon request.</li><li>Coordinate lot improvements with GM</li><li>Ensure all state compliances</li><li>Resister trailers with DMV and handle all paperwork to finalize sales</li><li>Keep Google drive inventory reports updated.</li><li>Submit times for payroll weekly</li><li>Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking products with GM</li><li>Figure monthly commissions</li><li>Handle any personnel issues that arise</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeProjected Total Compensation: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
