Responsabilidades Principales:

Personal de Mantenimiento

<div>We are looking for an experienced Microbiologist to join our Quality Control team in a nutraceutical manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English &amp; Spanish) and have a strong background in laboratory testing, microbiological analysis, and quality control procedures. This role is critical to ensuring our products meet the highest safety and compliance standards. 


Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Conduct microbiological testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products</li>
<li>Perform environmental monitoring to ensure a contamination-free production environment</li>
<li>Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate testing results</li>
<li>Document and report test results in compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines</li>
<li>Assist in investigating microbial contamination issues and implement corrective actions</li>

<div>We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Supervisors to oversee daily operations in a GMP-regulated nutraceutical manufacturing facility. This position plays a critical role in leading production teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in nutraceutical or pharmaceutical production, along with proven leadership abilities.

</ul>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
<ul>
<li>Oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing department.</li>
<li>Manages the manufacturing operations under the direction of the COO to assure quality in all aspects of the operation.</li>
<li>Provides day-to-day leadership to the manufacturing operators and personnel and strives to meet all quality goals.</li>
<li>Establishes and maintains production procedures for high manufacturing, operations, product quality, reliability, and safety standards.</li>
<li>Coordinates the production of manufacturing goods.</li>
<li>Ensures the production meets cGMP guidelines &amp; meets SOPs.</li>
<li>Oversees &amp; manages plant personnel, including scheduling overtime or extra shifts if necessary.</li>

<li>Assures department compliance with all safety and personal protective policies to avoid occupational accidents or injuries.</li>
<li>Operates within budget parameters for the department, assisting in annual departmental budget preparations.</li>
<li>Prepare reports on production metrics every month and annually.</li>
<li>Prepares employee performance evaluations, communicates meaningful feedback, and assists with the replacement/selection process, ensuring all employees receive adequate training and development.</li>
<li>Maintains an area network for manufacturing statistics and information.</li>
<li>Coaches and mentors all production employees with the intent of optimizing the productivity of the department.</li>

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
