</li><li>Identify and resolve production delays to keep schedules on track.
</li><li>Communicate issues and progress to Planning, Scheduling, and Management teams.
</li><li>Review work queues and ensure staff have everything they need to succeed.
</li><li>Collect, analyze, and assess production data to drive continuous improvement.
</li><li>Receive and inspect WIP and inventory from other locations.
</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely production and delivery.

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in management, engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
</li><li>5+ years of production and supervisory experience.
</li><li>1+ year of experience with Epicor ERP.
</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.
</li><li>Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
</li><li>Ability to manage priorities under pressure while maintaining high standards.
</li><li>Deep understanding of operations policies and practices.

As our Production/Warehouse Supervisor, you&rsquo;ll ensure sales orders are assembled, packaged, and shipped on time while maintaining accurate inventory and ERP records. You&rsquo;ll guide your team daily, resolve bottlenecks, and coordinate across departments to keep production and logistics running smoothly.

</li><li>Oversee timely assembly, packaging, and shipping of sales orders.
</li><li>Investigate and resolve production or shipping delays, escalating when needed.
</li><li>Communicate with Planning, Scheduling, and Management teams on progress and issues.
</li><li>Monitor stock levels, WIP, and backorders to ensure timely fulfillment.
</li><li>Receive and inspect components, assemblies, and inventory from other buildings.
</li><li>Close production jobs in Epicor, collaborating with Quality Control and materials teams.
</li><li>Track RMA repairs in collaboration with Customer Service and QC.
</li><li>Collect and analyze data to drive continuous improvement.
</li><li>Provide regular coaching, performance evaluations, and handle employee discipline in line with company policy.

<ul><li>5+ years of production and supervisory experience (warehouse/assembly preferred).
</li><li>Associate degree in a related field required; Bachelor&rsquo;s in Management, Engineering, or Business preferred.

</li><li>Proficiency with Epicor ERP.

<ul><li>3+ years as a CNC operator, setup machinist, or similar technical role.
</li><li>Strong knowledge of 3, 4, and 5-axis machining centers, workholding, and zero-point systems.
</li><li>Excellent communication skills&mdash;you can explain technical concepts clearly.
</li><li>Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms (Epicor and Salesforce a plus).
</li><li>Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree, certificate, or apprenticeship preferred.
