Job Title: Modular Furniture DesignerLocation: Chennai, Tamil NaduExperience: 2&ndash;5 yearsSalary Range: &#8377;20,000 &ndash; &#8377;35,000 per month (based on experience)Job Type: Full-time, On-siteJob Description: We are looking for a skilled Modular Furniture Designer to join our production design team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in modular furniture detailing, drafting, and documentation, ensuring smooth coordination between design and manufacturing teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and Bill of Materials (BOM) for modular furniture projects.</li><li>Develop accurate 2D and 3D design drawings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Infurnia.</li><li>Coordinate with the production team to ensure precision in fabrication and installation.</li><li>Interpret interior layouts and convert concepts into manufacturable designs.</li><li>Optimize material usage and ensure timely release of production drawings.</li><li>Conduct site measurements and provide technical support during installation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and modular furniture design software.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of modular furniture construction, fittings, and materials.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.</li><li>Experience in preparing shop drawings, cutting lists, and BOMs is mandatory.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of Infurnia or similar 3D design tools.</li><li>Familiarity with panel saw optimization and factory workflow.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
